See you in 2013!

CrossFit StarFit is on holidays for the next week but will be back to full timetable plus more from Monday 7th January :) look forward to seeing you then! Feel free to get in touch any time before then to book your first session.

In the meantime, stay STAR FIT with this little workout you can do at home:
20 sit ups
13 burpees
20 air squats
13 push ups
20 lunges
13 star jumps
Inspired by a workout called “2013” that my boyfriend wrote for his gym :) bring on the New Year!!!

Maybe do this WOD (workout of the day), every second day til you come back to class on the 7th, and increase it by a round each time you do it, i.e. one round Monday 31st, 2 rounds Wednesday 2nd, 3 rounds Friday 5th :) do it as fast as you can with full range of motion, record your times and post them to the comments below!
